Yahoo created a toolbar based off of it's search technology. It has useful features that come with it such as a built in search bar, bookmarks, anti-spyware shield, and of course popup blocking. It's a good popup blocker that catches most of the common popups.

-Need to have Yahoo account to use toolbar properly
-Needs to be configured properly to be really useful

Overall

The pop-up blocker works well and is effective with most popups. And with specific types of searches, customizeable options and interface, and even a anti-spyware sheild, Yahoo Toolbar gets the seal of approval.
